Prices posted on this site are in American dollars ($USD). All transactions are processed in American dollars. No other currency is accepted. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Promotion special prices are only available when a promotion or special offer is active. 

Shipping Conditions

  • All shipments must be US bound only

  • Shipping is free of charge, via UPS Ground: allow 2-7 business days in continental USA. Excluded from free shipping are the states of: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO

  • Allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped

  • Tracking information is provided by email, along with a copy of your invoice

* Any or All damages occurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours following reception of your order

** Any or All missing goods or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days following reception of your order

Exchange and Return Conditions

To exchange or return goods, you must submit a Return Request by filling the form provided in the Return Policy section and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days (2 weeks) after which a new RGA number must be requested.

  • Goods must be returned within the 30 days following reception of your order

  • Must be included:

          - A copy of the RGA

          - A copy of the original invoice

  • Returns must be sent freight prepaid, using the delivery service of your choice¹

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and all parts must be included

* No return or exchange is accepted for wheels that have been mounted on a tire. We strongly recommend that you test fit your wheels on the vehicle prior to mounting.

OnlyWheels.com will pay return shipping fees in the following situations:

  • The wrong fitment information was provided by the vehicle search tool at www.onlywheels.com

  • The wrong fitment advice was provided by our customer service department

  • We sent you the wrong product

  • The product was labelled wrong

  • Damaged in transport

  • Defective product

In the above cases, onlywheels.com will email you the required collect UPS instructions. You must then contact UPS to schedule the return pick-up or bring the merchandise to the nearest UPS store.

Refund Conditions

Refunding of returned goods can take up to 30 days following reception of the return.

The return conditions listed above must be followed and respected in order to receive a refund. If these conditions are neglected, the returned goods will be shipped back to you with ‘collect’ shipping charges.

Restocking fees

All returned merchandise must be new and in perfect condition. All returns are subject to freight charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty Conditions


OnlyWheels.com warrants to the original purchaser, that the wheels will be free of cosmetic defects for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase.

Cosmetic defects include:

  • Peeling of the clear coat, chrome or paint on the face of the wheel

  • Blemishes in the clear coat, chrome or finish of the wheel.

OnlyWheels.com warrants that the wheel will be free from structural defects, for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheel.

Structural defects include:

  • Lateral or radial run outs greater than 0.025” or 0.635mm, provided there is no evidence of impact

  • Improper machined bolt holes, center bores or offsets

  • Air leaks

The following IS NOT covered by warranty:

  • Peeling of the paint, clear coat or chrome in the barrel or back of the wheel

  • Lateral or radial run outs less than 0.025” or 0.635mm

  • Damages caused by an accident, impact, misuse, neglect, off road use, racing and/or exceeding the maximum load rating

  • Scratches, stone chips and/or curb rashes caused by road hazards

  • Damages caused by tire installation, or impact gun use

  • Corrosion, pitting, scratches and/or straining due to improper maintenance

  • A Wheel that has been altered, modified or repaired

  • A Wheels with clip on wheel weights installed on the outer lip

  • Claims exceeding the one (1) year warranty expiry date

  • Claims made by someone other than the original purchaser

  • Chrome finishes, if driven in the winter

OnlyWheels.com will inspect all warranty returns. A wheel considered defective and eligible for warranty will be repaired or replaced and returned to sender, free of shipping charges.

A wheel that is ineligible for warranty will be returned to sender, with collect shipping charges.

The warranty is valid only if the wheel is returned to OnlyWheels.com, following the Exchange or Return Conditions above, with a copy of the original invoice.

Product Maintenance

Proper maintenance of your wheels will prevent damage to the finish and avoid the warranty from being voided. Proper care will also enhance the look of your car and will ensure your wheels look great for years to come.


Prior to install, apply a thin coat of non abrasive car wax to the wheels to help protect the finish and facilitate the cleaning process. This procedure should be repeated at least 3-4 times throughout the season.

Clean your wheels regularly using a mild soap & water, applied with a soft sponge or cotton cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, pads or polishing compounds to clean your wheels.

Washing your wheels when they are hot to the touch could damage the finish. Wait for them to cool down before cleaning them.


To prevent damaging the clear-coated finish, it is best to avoid using chemical wheel cleaners. If you wash your vehicle on a regular basis, there should be no need for chemical cleaners. Ensure your wheels are cool to the touch before washing them. The finish of your wheel is very similar to that of the vehicle, so using a mild detergent designed for automotive finishes will work fine. Use a washing mitt or soft sponge and avoid using brushes or abrasive pads which would scratch and damage the finish of your wheel. We also recommend that you wax the exposed areas of your wheels with a non-abrasive car wax at least 3-4 times a year. This will help preserve your wheel’s new look and help prevent damages to the finish.


The same cleaning procedure for painted wheels should be applied for chrome plated wheels. However chrome plating finishes are delicate and require additional care. Do not use any abrasive chrome polishes which could scratch the chrome plating. Should you live in a climate where salts are used on the roads during winter, we recommend that you remove your chrome plated wheels during this season. Road salt contains chemicals which alter the finish of the wheel and cause the finish to pit and become cloudy.

We highly recommend cleaning chrome plated wheels, prior to storing for the winter.
